1. Your account registration.
In order to use certain services on this Site, the user must establish a user account (“Account”). There is no charge for establishing or maintaining an Account. An Account is required in order to make a purchase from this Site. We will require the following to establish your Account:

All prices and availability are subject to change without notice until the order is completed and confirmed. If there is a product listed at an incorrect price, we have the right to refuse the order or cancel the order. If the item’s correct price is higher than our published price, we will cancel your order and notify you of the correct price. You may decide to proceed with the order at the correct price. In the event that the product that you have ordered is temporarily out of stock and we will be unable to ship to you within 30 days of the date of your order, we will notify you of the delay and you can choose to cancel the order by following the directions in the notice. 5. Order Confirmation
The order you place on this Site will not constitute a binding contract unless and until BeBe & Bella, LLC transmits a confirmation of order by e-mail. BeBe & Bella, LLC reserves the right to refuse orders, notably due to lack of creditworthiness or unpaid invoices. Any data registered by BeBe & Bella, LLC constitutes the full proof of order and the entire transaction. The data registered by the payment system constitutes full proof of the financial transactions.
6. Order Cancellations
If you would like to cancel an online order after it has been placed, contact our Customer Sales Representative by telephone at 1.844.856.1743 Once an order is processing, we regret that it cannot be changed or cancelled. If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice to advise you of the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.
All orders confirmed by BeBe & Bella, LLC will be delivered to the delivery address indicated at the time when you placed your order. Deliveries will be made to addresses indicated by the order other than to locations in Asia or Europe. You are responsible for verifying the quantity and condition of the merchandise upon delivery. If you discover damage or missing items, you must notify us and file a claim with the carrier and inform BeBe & Bella, LLC within 7 days after the delivery by calling us at 1-844-856-1743 and after speaking with a Customer Sales Representative. You must have purchased the products from the BeBe & Bella, LLC Site or from an Independent Sales Representative. Damaged or defective items returned only with their original packaging will receive a refund or replacement. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, only to valid street addresses.
We gladly accept returns for products within 30 days of the receipt of an order. How to make a return: You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number ( RMA#) by calling Customer Service at 1.844.856.1743. We will verify that you purchased your products directly from our BeBe & Bella, LLC site or from one of our authorized Independent Sales Representatives. Please make sure that you qualify before returning the product to us. Returns without an RMA# will not qualify for a credit. To obtain your refund, the item must be returned to us in its original packaging within 30 days of order with a note including the # RMA number.

Customers pay for the return shipment charges. We recommend using a shipping method that includes a tracking system as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Once received, return packages will be processed within 10 business days. Your refund will be in the same form of payment used at the time of purchase. Please allow time for your credit card company to reflect the credit in your statement. It may take one full billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.
In the event that we have shipped an incorrect product(s), please notify us via email or call us at 1.844.856.1743. We will immediately re-ship the replacement items at no additional shipping charge to you along with a return label. Once you receive the new item(s), please use the return label to ship the incorrect item (s) back to us to avoid being charged for the replacement.

Most orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1 – 2 business days, depending on product availability.

- Orders destined for APO/FPO/DPO and U.S. Territories are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order’s ship date
Please note that delivery for some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days.
2ND DAY SERVICE
2nd Day orders placed by 3:00 PM ET will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. 2nd Day orders placed after 3:00 PM ET will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Shipments to Forwarding Companies
BeBe & Bella, LLC is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. This means that BeBe & Bella, LLC is not responsible to provide a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to use a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder.
Shipments to U.S. Territories, Alaska, and Hawaii
Most items may be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories, but some restrictions apply as explained in Shipping Restrictions.
