How long will it take to receive a credit for my returned items?
Once received, return packages are processed within 7-10 business days. The time to post a credit to your account can vary and is determined by the issuing bank. Please contact the issuing bank for details.
Our Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you in processing your exchange; however, we are unable to process exchanges directly with your PayPal account and will require a credit card for processing.
Damaged Items?
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear; however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials, and the items inside and either contact customer service or call 1-800-844-856-1743.
Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for the fastest service.

How to Return:
- Print It: Print the label from your email.
- Pack It: Carefully pack items into the box. Seal the box and affix the prepaid label to the outside.
- Ship It: Take the package to any USPS location.

BeBe & Bella Online orders are shipped on business days (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1 – 2 business days, depending on product availability. Most 2nd day and Overnight orders placed by 3 PM ET will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. BeBe & Bella only ships to locations within the United States. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days. APO/FPO/DPO and U.S. Territories* are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order’s ship date. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days. Overnight and Second Day Service is not available for orders being shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses, U.S. Territories, and some locations in Alaska and Hawaii.
